1. Appointments Only:
All services are by appointment. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but are not guaranteed.

2. Late Policy:
Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.

3. No-Show Policy:
No-shows will result in a 50-100% charge of the missed service. Repeat no-shows may be blocked from booking future appointments.

4. Cancellations:
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12–24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5. Deposits:
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Deposits go toward the total cost of the service.
